Ingredients :
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup peanuts
3/4 cup almonds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 – cup coconut flakes
How to prepare:
Combine dates,peanuts, almonds and water in a food processor and grind. Small chunks are fine.
Add to the mixing bowl along with cocoa powder. Mix with spatula until well combined. Mixture will seem dry in the beginning. If necessary add more water.Make round shape small size balls.
Spread coconut flakes on a flat surface like a dinner plate and roll the balls in it.
