Paneer Kheer

11/2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated paneer
Sugar (normally I will add brown sugar)
Pinch of cardamom powder
How to prepare:
Heat the milk in a non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame till it starts to boil, stir occasionally.
Keep aside to cool.
Once cooled, add the sugar and cardamom powder and nuts.
Mix well.
Add the paneer and mix well. Refrigerate for minimum 1 hour.
Serve chilled Kheer.
